Intermittent Fasting for Faster Weight Loss

Hi there. My name is Tina and I've been blogging about health and fitness for many years now.

Before I created this web site, I originally had it set-up as a forum. The forum was becoming quite popular until spammers got in and I had to shut it down. While it was up, a few members recommended Brad's book for those who were seeking a method to follow for eating less to lose weight.

You see, I wrote a blog post on my other fitness blog titled: Eating Once a Day Seems to Be Popular. This blog post generated over 300 comments and still counting! Many people who have left comments claim to have achieved much success.

However, not all of the comments favored this method of weight loss. Many readers are opposed to it and find it to be unhealthy and ridiculous. I became fascinated by all of the comments and the results that some people were achieving. There is an expert who advocates eating less using a method called intermittent fasting.

This method of eating may actually be the answer for many people with weight issues. A resource that I have come across for this type of eating is Brad Pilon's Eat Stop Eat.

"After reading Eat Stop Eat, I'm willing to bet that you will tell your friends and family that Eat Stop Eat is the easiest, most flexible form of Intermittent fasting you've ever seen. And after Trying Eat Stop Eat I'm willing to bet you also say it's the easiest fat loss you've ever experienced." ~ Brad Pilon

According to Wikipedia:

Intermittent fasting (IF) is a pattern of eating that alternates between periods of fasting (usually meaning consumption of water only) and non-fasting.

There is evidence suggesting that intermittent fasting may have beneficial effects on the health and longevity of animals—including humans—that are similar to the effects of caloric restriction (CR).
